The Certificate of Project Management will help you to radically improve your ability to define and manage projects, while maximizing productivity. The program is delivered as a series of workshops and coaching sessions, covering generic project management theory plus individual coaching time which addresses specific industry contexts. During the program you will develop a structured PM methodology (based on PMBOK) and identify useful templates and tools to improve your PM capability. You are expected to be working on real projects.
Due to the linear nature of project management, this course is delivered in a prescribed sequence. It is not possible to start part-way through.
